Angela believes that mentorship is not just about individual advancement, but also about building a supportive community where everyone feels valued and empowered. Through her efforts, she has helped to create a network of professionals who support and uplift each other, share knowledge and experiences, and work collaboratively towards common goals. This strong sense of community is a cornerstone of Orion's Reach, fostering a culture where every member is motivated to contribute positively to the organization and to each other's success.

Adam Revay is the founder of ASR Consulting, where he partners with emerging and established leaders to strengthen team performance, navigate organizational challenges, and build purpose-driven workplaces. Drawing on 17 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including strategic planning, board governance, and cross-functional team management, Adam brings a practical, systems-focused approach to leadership development. He believes the primary role of leadership is to lift others and sees mentorship as a natural extension of that commitment. Through his volunteer work, he is committed to supporting the next generation of changemakers with practical guidance and strategic insight.
