Reverse Mentoring
Pairing early career professionals with experienced professionals from similar industries or skills backgrounds.
Group Mentoring
One or more mentors guide a group of mentees through shared personal or career development goals, helping them gain clarity and find solutions to common challenges.
Customized Mentoring
A personalized experience based on your areas for improvement and development goals. This may involve pairings with multiple mentors to maximize support. Our customized mentorship includes:

Program Details
Location Flexibility: Virtual and in-person based mentorship program designed to transcend geographic barriers and connect mentees and mentors from industries and sectors across Canada
Individualized Matching: Through an initial assessment process, Mentees are carefully matched with Mentors who possess the expertise and experience to address their specific needs and aspirations. Our Mentors are experienced professionals in their respective fields and can provide valuable resources and insights to help Mentees achieve their goals.
Standard Mentee Plan
$300
- Enroll in our 6-month program for a one-time fee.
- 6 x 1 hour sessions over 6 month period
- Get paired with up to two mentors
Student Mentee Plan
$200
- Enroll in our 3-month program for a one-time fee.
- 6 x 1 hour sessions over 3 month period
- *Proof of enrollment in post-secondary education is required*
Non-Profit Mentee Plan
- 25% discount off our Standard Mentee Plan
- Proof of involvement with a non-profit organization is required
Accelerated Mentorship
